Alconbury Weald residents and visitors explored the development from 19-27 September 2026 to track down and admire over 30 straw-filled creations in the fifth annual Scarecrow Festival. Households across the development took part, alongside Jemima House Nursery and Ermine Street Church Academy, with entries ranging from animals and superheroes to characters from nursery rhymes and children’s literature. There were even a couple of scarecrow weddings!
