Bohemia Café and Bistro
Serving the finest fresh ground coffee, roasted in its own micro roastery, alongside top-quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes all in the comfortable, stylish setting of the historic Watch Office. In the evening it transforms into a modern restaurant and bar, serving a world tapas menu that blends many cuisines; all served in the relaxed and social style of traditional Spanish tapas.
Bohemia is open Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday and Saturday 8am-10pm and Sunday 9am-3pm. Food is served 9am-3pm daily, with tapas from 5-9pm on Friday and Saturday.
Enjoy modern healthy options that are not only a delight on the palate but also on the eye; colourful dishes with explosive flavours that can only leave you wanting more.
We are all about flavour and community, and the character of the Watch Office - the role it played, and the space left behind - is an amazing backdrop for us to expand the Bohemia offer into Alconbury Weald
