Alconbury Beer Festival goes large
- 19.06.2025

Join the Alconbury Weald Beer Festival on Friday-Sunday 27-29 June 2025 at The Pavilion.
Following the success of last week’s Food Festival, Alconbury Weald is gearing up for its Beer Festival, which has been extended to three days this year. As well as a carefully selected range of indie beers and ciders, the Beer Festival will include a wine, gin and cocktail bar, and delicious food options will be available throughout.
In partnership with Wheatsheaf Brewery, the Beer Festival will showcase some of the brewery’s finest beers and festival goers will also be able to sample beers from Papworth Brewery, Ivo Brewery, Burwell Brewery, Baker’s Dozen, Pixie Brewing, Briarbank Brewery, 8 Sail Brewery, Nene Valley Brewery and others. Local ciders from Spinney Abbey and Cromwell Cider will also be available alongside a range of soft drinks.
The Beer Festival will be open:
- 5pm-11pm on Friday, 27 June
- 11am-11pm on Saturday, 28 June
- 11am-8pm on Sunday, 29 June (or until the beer runs out!)
In addition, The Watch Office Bar & Kitchen will be hosting a wine, gin and cocktail bar in The Pavilion. Its food truck will be outside serving burgers and hotdogs or visitors can head over to The Watch Office to enjoy the full menu – from bar snacks and light bites to main meals and sweet treats.
“Our first Beer Festival at Alconbury Weald last year was fantastic and we were absolutely blown away by the support and enthusiasm from everyone who came along. We’ve been working hard to make sure this year’s event is even better and can’t wait to see everyone and share some of our amazing beers and ciders.”
“It is another great line-up this year and we are so pleased that the Alconbury Weald Food and Beer Festivals are now becoming a regular part of the social calendar, both for residents and the wider area. It is great to have Wheatsheaf Brewery joined by the now established Alconbury Weald Watch Office Bar & Kitchen this year. There really is something for everyone!
“Don’t forget we have a range of shuttle buses put on for people to get here sustainably and safely, alongside the usual bus services.”
There are lots of ways to get to The Pavilion at Alconbury Weald including walking, cycling and catching the bus (AW1 and 904). A shuttle bus will also be available from Alconbury Weald’s Pavilion, on The Boulevard, to Huntingdon bus and train station at 8pm, 9pm and 10pm on 27 and 28 June. If you need to travel by car, free parking will be available behind the Incubators during the event.
Visitors interested in making Alconbury Weald their home can also explore the development’s show homes to find out more about the new build properties currently available.
