Barratt Homes has submitted plans for the first new homes and pocket parks in Alconbury Weald’s Phase 2 area. The homes will lie on the land formerly part of Grange Farm, and sit right next to the development’s future country park. The 310 new homes - 20% of which will be affordable housing - will provide a mix of one-bedroom apartments and maisonettes, as well as two, three and four-bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached houses to support a balanced and inclusive neighbourhood.
