Marketing suites are now open

After an extensive review and in line with evolving advice from the government, Urban&Civic has been working with our housebuilder partners to establish appropriate procedures to welcome you back to Alconbury Weald to visit our show homes and marketing suites.

Visits will be by appointment only to ensure the safety of both visitors and staff with the following procedures:

  • On arrival all visitors will be required to wait in their vehicles until they are called in by the sales adviser.
  • New health and safety signage has been installed to ensure social distancing is adhered to at all times.
  • You will be required to use hand sanitising stations set out at each marketing suite and wear gloves during your visit. Face masks will also be available but are not compulsory.
  • There will be no access to facilities or refreshments, however you are welcome to bring your own bottled drinks.

Rebecca Britton from Alconbury Weald’s master developer, Urban&Civic, said:

“The health and safety of those living at, working on and visiting Alconbury Weald is always our priority, and the team have worked hard to establish this approach so that the Marketing Suites can continue to meet the interest and demand from people to be part of our growing community, while keeping everyone safe. Over the coming weeks, we will continue to monitor, review and update this approach in line with any changes in government guidance. We look forward to welcoming you back to explore all of the different housetypes on offer within the development.”

You can easily book an appointment through the housebuilders’ websites or over the phone - details can be found on our Living page. The procedures above will also be thoroughly explained to you when you book your appointment with the Team. If you have any queries please contact us at enquiries@alconbury-weald.co.uk.

Please ensure you always follow the guidelines to help us protect everyone living, working and visiting Alconbury Weald.
