Mums and tots fitness

Mums and Tots Fitness

This class is designed for all mums with their babies, toddlers and preschools they are all welcome to come along I have some playmats and toys for the little ones to play with or if you have childcare sorted just come yourself.  This class will be an overall body workout focusing on strengthen and toning for your arms, legs, pelvic floor and core specifically after having a baby.  Suitable for all fitness levels.

Suitable throughout your pregnancy and exercises can be adapted if you have any pregnancy issues such as pelvic pain. The sessions include standing, seated and floor work sections before finishing with some stretches and relaxation.
