Beer Festival returns to Alconbury Weald this April

Alconbury Weald Beer Festival

Join the Alconbury Weald Beer Festival on Friday 10 to Sunday 12 April 2026 at The Pavilion.

Alconbury Weald will be welcoming residents and visitors back to its popular Beer Festival at The Pavilion this April. Taking place at the end of the Easter holidays, the three-day event promises the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind with family and friends whilst enjoying beverages from local brewers and distillers, sampling barbecue goodies and soaking up the atmosphere.

Organised in partnership with The Watch Office Bar & Kitchen, attendees will be able to relax inside The Pavilion overlooking the cricket pitch, use the picnic benches or bring rugs and camping chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine.

The Beer Festival will be open:

  • 5pm - 11pm on Friday, 10 April
  • Midday - 11pm on Saturday, 11 April
  • Midday - 8pm on Sunday, 12 April (or until the beer runs out!)

This year’s event will showcase ales from local breweries including Extreme, Brentwood, King’s Cliffe, Tydd Steam, Wensleydale, Bowler’s and Hopshackle. Cider lovers will also be able to sample a variety of offerings from Green Fen, Watergull Orchards and Spinney Abbey, and there will be selection of craft gins, a wine bar and a range of soft drinks.  So there really is something for everyone!

Alongside the drink selection, a barbecue will feature smashed burgers and hot dogs, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The Watch Office Bar & Kitchen’s regular menu of snacks, meals, desserts and hot drinks will also be available.

Live entertainment will enhance the festival atmosphere with singer songwriter Chris Andrews performing 90s/Britpop-inspired originals and covers on the Saturday and a DJ set on Sunday afternoon rounding off the weekend.

“We’re delighted to bring the Beer Festival back this year. With a great mix of drinks, food and entertainment, there really is something for everyone. It’s going to be a relaxed, family-friendly event where people can come together to sample bountiful beverages and fantastic food in a great atmosphere.”
