Education

A new one story school building with circular windows and glass apex roof with trees set on a grassy bank.

Schools at Alconbury Weald are designed to provide for every stage of learning, all in state of the art buildings inspired by Alconbury Weald's rich heritage and community ethos.

Education is a key part of life at Alconbury Weald. Schools are the main foundation blocks around which walking and cycle connections, play areas and green spaces are designed, to make life easier for pupils and parents, at the heart of the growing community.

Ermine Street Church Academy is our first Primary School, with two more planned for Alconbury Weald. They will sit at key points across the development, alongside Alconbury Weald Church Academy Secondary School and Prestley Wood Academy Special Educational Needs School which both sit at the heart of the development in our Education Campus.

"The education campus has been designed to be at the centre of Alconbury Weald. Not only is education a fundamental part of the DNA of this new community, but the new facilities provide great potential for community activities, events and lifelong learning."
