The Scarecrow Festival is back! Residents are showing off their creative talents with scarecrows of all shapes and sizes. Competition is fierce this year, so will your favourite come out on top? Winners will be announced on 27 September.
A huge thank you to everyone who has joined in and helped showcase the Weald’s creativity. Special thanks also go to local businesses who have generously donated prizes, including Co-op, Cassie’s Dream Bakes, and Kitchen Ten. Our biggest thanks to David Wilson Homes for sponsoring the festival.
Grab your bike or some comfy shoes and set out to find them all! Vote for your favourites on the Alconbury Weald Scarecrow Festival Facebook page, where photos of every entry will be posted. The top five winners will be the posts with the most likes and hearts.
Voting closes at 8 pm on Sunday 27 September.
