How to take part:
- Sign up with our travel partner smart journeys for a free 1-2-1 travel planning session
- Complete your bespoke travel plan by 20th July 2025
- You’ll receive a voucher that you can exchange with the bus driver to receive your Summer Bus Pass
UK entry only. Entrants and winners must live or work at Alconbury Weald.
This promotion excludes employees of Urban&Civic and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.
The Summer Bus Pass can only be used on the specified services covered by the pass for use during the school summer holidays only.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary in addition to the 1-2-1 travel planning session.
By signing up for the 1-2-1 travel planning session, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Summer Bus Pass promotion is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Summer Bus Pass is not transferable, cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
The Summer Bus Pass cannot be exchanged for monetary value (no change given).
Summer Bus Passes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any voucher with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The Promoter is not responsible for any missed collections, deliveries or damages to items which may be part of the incentive during transit.
